go7007 driver update

I’ve updated the go7007 driver so it compiles against the first git snapshots after the 2.6.20 release, this is what is going to be kernel version 2.6.21.

For this patch I’ve taken an other approach. I was getting tired with those damn ugly conditional compiles. I’ve stripped all conditional kernel version compiles, from now on I’ll only create patches for each kernel version against the latest driver release.

I’m going to put these patches at http://bart.ulyssis.org/go7007/. There are two files there, for kernel 2.6.20 and 2.6.21. They are both the same patches. For previous kernel versions which aren’t supported by the original release (from 2.6.17 until the latest release) you can still use the patches from the previous posts.
